Some fishermen are complacent when they prepare to go fishing. They are warned about the fishing regulations that require a fishing license for everyone that puts a pole in the water. They feel that they have found a good fishing spot that will protect everyone from view and might fish for several hours with no problems at all.
These fishermen might feel like they pulled one over on the people that write those regulations and never stop to think of the consequences of getting caught fishing without a license. If they had been following fishing rules and the regulations that bind them, they would not have to worry about the heavy fines that are going to be assigned to them when the gaming warden finds them.
There are many tragedies that can occur when people are not following fishing rules yet some people do not want to listen to those rules because they believe that everybody should be able to fish the way they want to in this Land of the Free. They had already demonstrated that they live in the Home of the Brave by not following other rules and were awarded with stiff fines for their ill-fated bravery on the water.
The ill fate continues to follow them as they go out on their boat because the regulations that tell them how many people can be aboard their vessel was completely ignored. With high winds that cropped up from an unplanned storm, many of the fishermen found themselves over the side and in the water because their boat had capsized from a gust of air hitting it.
These fishermen were definitely not having a great day at fishing because they were not real prone to following the rules of good fishing. Many fishermen realize the importance of letting someone know their plans when they go to sea fishing from a fishing boat and since these people did not follow those rules they were out in the water on their own devices and could not count on floating devices because they chose not to wear them that day.
The possibilities are great that those fishermen might never be found because they failed to follow other rules of fishing as well. All of the fishermen told people that they would go fishing but none of these seasoned fishermen had left the exact area that they would be going to with family and friends. The ocean can be considered a very large place to people that are stranded in the middle of the deep blue sea with nobody knowing where to look or having an idea of how many people to look for.
