Christmas for a lot of people means sharing and giving some love. To others it could mean a lot of stress in preparations and shopping for gifts. And still to some, it could mean a much needed rest.
A busy person would most likely be a member of the last category. Because at some point it is perfectly okay to give yourself a gift this Christmas. Never ever forget to reward yourself after all the hard work you have been through.

5. Almost all of the things mentioned above could pass for "me time." But you can always have someone tag along with you. Now this last gift idea for yourself is definitely one for yourself only. Doing this alone does not only develop a sense of independence, you can also reflect along the way. A bonus is that you can learn a lot about yourself!
